PRESS ON NAIL APPLICATION + REMOVAL

1. How do I apply Koo Nails?

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap. Remove any nail polish and trim down your natural nails. Buff the surface of the nail gently using the mini nail file provided. Select correct size nail for each finger. Apply nail glue to your natural nails and Koo Nails. Gently press down Koo Nails to your natural nails for 30-45 seconds.

2. How do I remove Koo Nails?

Soak nails in warm soapy water for 10 minutes. Gently lift the sides of Koo Nails and remove it fully. Soak for another 2-3 minutes if the nails are not removed.

1. When will my order ship?

We ship out orders within 48 hours of your purchase! We pride ourselves in fast and reliable shipping. If you did not receive your order after 14 days of your purchase, please fill out the contact us form with your order number.

2. I entered the wrong shipping information. What can I do?

Don't worry! Please fill out the contact us form with your order number and correct mailing information.

 3. My package was damaged/stolen. What can I do?

Unfortunately after we provide you with the tracking number and ship out your order it becomes the responsibility of USPS to safely deliver to you. Please contact your local USPS with the tracking number.

RETURN & REFUND

1. Can I get a refund/return?

Unfortunately unless the order came with damages, we do not offer return or refund. If your order came with damages, please contact us within 24 hours of you receiving the order with proof of damage (photo/video). 

2. Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, yes! Please fill out the contact us form with your order number. If your order is already shipped, we do not offer cancellation.
